Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Underground Labyrinth and Brianna N’s art! We take great pride in each piece, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted on non-digital items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, without signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Digital downloads are also non-refundable.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at briannahorror@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how to complete your return.

2. Refunds

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing period, please contact your bank or credit card company as processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at briannahorror@gmail.com
